The Shreveport Convention Center is located at 400 Caddo St. in Downtown Shreveport. For move-in and move-out, the center must be accessed on the northwest side, and approach can be confusing due to the one-way street layout downtown.
From north of Shreveport, come down North Market Street (Highway 1) and the loading area can be accessed by taking a right turn just after the railroad tracks, just before the Hilton Hotel.
From south, east, or west of town the easiest access will be to come north on Spring Street (exit 19A off I-20), drive past the Convention Center parking garage and take the left just after the railroad tracks to cross over to Market Street. You will see the loading area ahead on the left.

- Move-in will occur Thursday, January 12 from 8 AM to 8 PM. If this is not possible additional time will be available Friday, January 13 between 8 AM and 3 PM by special appointment with the show director.
- Displays must be completely set up by 3:00 PM Friday, January 13.
- Cars must have as little fuel as possible in the gas tank
- Batteries must be disconnected.
If your display requires electrical power, this can be accommodated. The Shreveport Convention Center may charge a facility fee for use of the center's power. Be sure and indicate your need on the entry form so that we can place your display appropriately.
